About us

The “Peer-to-Peer Career Advisory Sessions for Young and Emerging Evaluators“ are online meetings where young and emerging evaluation professionals can discuss M&E career opportunities and technical challenges. It's usually hard for young evaluators to know who to call for help, especially now, during the pandemic, where there are no more large on-site M&E conferences or physical gatherings.

The p2p+ offers that safe space where young colleagues can ask career questions or clarify their M&E doubts. The main purpose of the Peer to Peer Career Advisory Sessions is to address the growing need for career guidance on evaluation. The format of the sessions is bottom-up, demand-driven, and consists of Q&A between participants and two moderators.

Each session is hosted on a virtual conference platform and is booked online by interested participants through a calendar of sessions displayed on the initiative’s website. The knowledge generated during the sessions is then disseminated through publications promoted by its partners to the wider community of evaluators, helping train new young and emerging evaluators (YEES) and prepare them long-term.

The P2P advisory sessions are delivered in more than one language - visit the sessions calendar to discover if there are sessions in our language. To learn more about P2p+ visit the pages below:
