Through the P2p+ sessions, participants will learn about their peer’s work and networking challenges, discover new ways to improve professional connections, and gain more insights on how the evaluation community works. They will also have opportunities to receive basic guidance on methodology and technical orientation, as well as to discuss the best options for dealing with institutional and ethical issues in evaluation.

 

It is expected that through these sessions young professionals’ doubts are clarified. It is also expected that YEES feel more integrated with the evaluation community, knowing where to seek help and what they can do to become better professionals.
