P2p+'s vision is to boost the emergent supply of well-trained Monitoring and Evaluation specialists. P2p+ meets YEES’ professional guidance needs while generating knowledge to the evaluation community and reinforcing M&E capacity. The final aim is to enhance the professionalization of the global YEE community. Below we describe the specific goals of the initiative:
